Henry Twine: The Best of the Best

My dearest of sincere neighbors - and friend of over 25 years -  James"Henry" Twine, - died

 on Jan. 2.  Henry helped to run/manage the maintenance of our co-op residences 

with his hard commitment as a building association officer & treasurer. Henry's 

brief illness became too difficult to overcome, and the result is that we now miss him 

very much. His daily presence was heartfelt and his departure all too sorrowful. I 

learned a good deal about life in this old E V neighborhood through the eyes and

heart of Henry. He was also a devoted father and grandfather as well as a much respected neighbor, and a highly skilled artist as well. He had a fine and gentle manner. I and many others who had the privilege of knowing him will miss him a great deal.
